Stewarts-USA offers a variety of services through our Service & Repair department:
Special modifications: dial changes, flanges, and liquid fills, case swaps, etc.
Warranty Repairs: 1 year from original invoice date
Non-Warranty Repairs: items in service longer than 1 year
In order to receive or inquire about additional services, please contact Stewarts-USA Customer Service at 1-800-901-1316. The turn-around time for returns (repairs & modification) can be anywhere from 5 to 7 business days. Some services may take longer due to the complexity and nature of the service requested.
