SHIPPING
Upon ordering, please specify if special delivery dates are required and how fast you wish your order to ship. Stewarts-USA ships F.O.B. Houston, TX 77061 USA to worldwide locations by UPS, but we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

MINIMUM ORDERS

There is a $75.00 minimum order for processing and handling.

PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted forms of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank wire transfer (with added fees) & C.O.D.  For C.O.D. deliveries: cashier’s checks or money orders are required in U.S. dollars.   Open account purchase orders accepted for established accounts.    If you would like to have an open account (payment due up to NET 30 terms), FAX or EMAIL us your bank reference and three trade references on your company’s letterhead.  See our "Conditions of Sale" HERE.

Overseas accounts are bank wire transfer and/or cash advance only.  (We will accept credit cards).

ORDERING, ORDER VERIFICATION & TRACKING
Stewarts-USA shipments are made Monday through Friday. You can request to receive an e-mail notification at time of shipment with a UPS tracking number (if you provided Stewarts-USA with an email address).  The UPS online tracking link is available HERE

You may place orders by phone, FAX or e-mail, Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.  All orders are verified.  All phone orders must be followed with a written order, either faxed or emailed.

SALES TAX AND INTERNATIONAL CHARGES
Sales tax will be charged to Texas customers unless a resale certificate is on file.  Sales tax will not be added for orders outside Texas but within the United States.  All duties, tax, and tariffs will be added to international shipments when & where applicable.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY 
All transactions at Stewarts-USA are processed with utmost confidentiality.  Stewarts-USA is determined and committed to safeguarding your privacy.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Most products are in stock at our Houston,TX warehouse and available for same day shipment.  Once we receive your order, you can request to be notified by e-mail or FAX with the shipment date of your order.  In “out of stock” or “specials” circumstances, the quickest production time from the factory will be relayed to you.

REPAIRS AND RETURNS
Used gauges needing repair or recalibration can be returned to Stewarts-USA by UPS.  Once the item is received and inspected, a quote will be sent for the charges of the repair or recalibration.  For returns, a RGA # must be given prior to any items being shipped to Stewarts-USA.  Returns or credit issues must be made within 30 days after receipt of initial order. Items for return or credit must be in the original packaging.  Special orders, private labels, and non-stocked items are non-returnable.  In the event you need to replace Stewarts-USA products in your inventory with other Stewarts-USA products, we will issue you full credit, less freight (FOB Houston, TX 77061 USA), for the items you return.  Items for return or credit must be in the original packaging and be unused.
